Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition Requirement

Returned products must be:

  • New and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Free from damage not caused by defects

  • Including all original accessories, manuals, and tags


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.
Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.


Return Process

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package your product securely in its original packaging (if available).

  4. Drop off the product at the designated drop-off location provided in your instructions.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or non-defective items, provided the product meets the return condition requirements.


Fees

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
