Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:

1. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it’s shipped

If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always keep you updated.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver worldwide.

Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.

Express shipping 3-5 business days with extra fee that varies depending on the country we are shipping to.

Note: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product’s fulfillment center. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after your order ships, especially during peak seasons or customs clearance.

If you have not received your tracking link after 5 days, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

Please be aware:

1. International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

2. These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Customs procedures may occasionally cause small delays beyond our control.

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to carrier restrictions: Russia, DPR North Korea, Ukraine.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We know how important it is for your order to arrive safely.

If your package appears lost or delayed:

1. Double-check your tracking link and address details.

2. Wait up to 30 business days (for standard shipping) as some deliveries may be affected by customs or postal delays.

3. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us — we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday).

Can I track multiple items separately?
Yes — if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately for faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
